How can I get a duplicate W-2 statement?

W-2 eXpress, a service of The Work Number, enables you to quickly and easily obtain your duplicate W-2 statement for 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 or 2005 . This service will be available beginning February 20, 2006.
Go to www.w2express.com or call 1-877-325-9239
1. Login to your account by choosing Westaff as your employer (web site only)
2. Enter:
• Your Social Security Number
• Your PIN: last four digits of your Social Security Number
3. Make the following selections:
• Select to get a duplicate copy of your W-2
• Select the tax year (2001, 2002, 2003, 2004 or 2005)
• Choose to have your duplicate W-2 faxed, mailed to your home address or
another address, or you can print it from the web
You will be given a confirmation number. You can check the status of your request by revisiting W-2 eXpress, going to "order status" and entering in your confirmation number. You may also call 1-877-325-9239 again.
Please Note: Your first 2007 reissue is free of charge
until April 15, 2008. A $10.00 fee will be charged
for a reissue under the following circumstances:
1) After the first request for a 2007 form
2) A request made after April 15, 2008 for a 2007 form
3) Any request for a 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005
or 2006 form
How do I report an error on my W-2 statement?
Follow the instructions above and request a correction to your W-2. If you call the phone number, client service representatives are available M-F 7am - 8pm (CST).
Note: Address changes do not require a W-2c (W-2 Correction), you may change your address by simply requesting to receive a duplicate W-2 by mail, and then follow the menu options to change your address.
