Features and Services
Single-Point-of-Contact: From the outset of our partnership with you, a designated national account manager will assess your company's needs and consult with you to help you select a truly customized, strategic, and cost-saving program. Our national account manager will also provide ongoing oversight of our services. Those include initial program design, transition plans, consolidated and customized billing, quality assurance, performance tracking and ongoing communication. Our manager will also oversee the implementation and administration of your program for continuous quality assurance.
Management Accountability: A key difference between Westaff and our competitors is our "accountability" approach to the sales and service process. At Westaff, the same people sell and service a national account. It's an approach that enhances the continuity and quality of our service to you.
Customized Staffing Program: Our goal for each of our clients is to create a customized staffing program that continually meets your specific service needs. Experience, technological solutions, expertise and innovative processes are just starting points for meeting that goal. During a staffing program's design, transition and implementation phases, Westaff may also gather information through needs analyses, meetings with key decision-makers, site visits with end-users, surveys and interviews.
Continuity of Service: Experience shows that a successful, high-volume, multi-site partnership begins with a professionally executed transition plan. That's why Westaff designs and implements staffing transition plans that minimize the disruption of workflow and productivity at your facility. To further ensure an ethical and orderly transition to your Westaff national staffing program, we adhere to the American Staffing Association's guidelines.
On-Location® Staffing Programs: Westaff can provide you with a customized, on-location plan to manage your large or multiple work site staffing needs. We provide on-site managers who are responsible for job order fulfillment, temporary workforce management, reporting and continuous quality improvement.
Co-Employment Expertise: Working with Westaff helps protect you from co-employment liability. We offer consultative services to help you understand and comply with labor laws. Our policies and procedures for handling all personnel needs for our temporary employees keep co-employment issues out of your workplace.
Customized Management Reporting: We can provide you with reports and billing in a customized format to help you manage your business. Westaff offers consolidated invoicing for all your employee services. Using your specifications, we can also provide customized, periodic business reviews, annual report summaries and special ad hoc reports.
Managed Vendor Program: Westaff can manage your entire national staffing program, including other staffing vendors and subcontractors. As your "master vendor," Westaff coordinates all staffing services that are provided to you by staffing vendors and sub-contractors. We ensure their compliance with the terms and conditions of their contracts with you. Westaff can also provide you with consolidated invoicing, reporting, performance tracking, quality measurements and project management reviews.
Web-based Job Requisitions: Westaff has developed a highly successful in-house Central Ordering System (COS) to receive, distribute, track and troubleshoot electronic job orders. COS offers a systematic, consistent approach to centralized ordering that provides a single-point-of-contact between you and Westaff's network of local servicing offices.
Customized Client Web Site: For our high volume, multi-site staffing partnerships, or qualifying On-Location® programs, Westaff can establish a pass-code-protected, Web-based site to service your account. Your customized Web site serves as your "go-to" site for key contractual information, financial and usage reports and on-line job ordering.
