Training
Industry experience isn't required to become a Westaff franchisee. If you're new to the world of staffing, our training will help you get up to speed. Once you've gained industry knowledge, you'll join our experienced new franchisees for Westaff-specific training: 1) How to Work with Westaff; and 2) Westaff Systems and Procedures. The content for these trainings is outlined below.
Intro to Westaff
- Company culture and mission
- Organizational structure (corporate and field)
- Policies
- Support systems and departments, e.g., Risk Management, Marketing, HR
- Service level agreements
- Reporting requirements
- Access to financial reports
- Expectations, e.g., what does a successful Westaff office look like?
Once you've completed this module of training, we help you to put this training to work by doing a module called the "In Branch Experience". Here, you'll work within a branch, placing and filling orders as needed. This will provide valuable operations experience where you'll have an opportunity to see first-hand what it is like to work in a branch on daily basis.
