Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional team including analysts, payroll, and field & staffing operational teams to ensure effectiveness of variable compensation programs.
  • Monitors all functions related to plan administration including data and process integrity assurance, provider communication, plan performance compliance and monitoring, analysis, and reporting.
  • Responsible for the implementation of operational coverage-based changes in QGenda.
  • Tasked with the validation and implementation of compensation and contractual terms for clinicians into Qgenda.
  • Validation of all DLs to ensure system accuracy and impact.
  • Responsible for all pay rates within Salesforce and Qgenda
  • Coordinate and perform data quality audits of systems and processes, providing analysis of reporting to aid in the implementation of improvements that will yield timely, accurate and actionable data.
  • Lead and participate in various enterprise compensation related projects as assigned.
