Why Wait for Your W-2?

Don't waste time at the mailbox waiting for your W-2 to be delivered. Get it fast by choosing electronic delivery

Again this year, TALX Corporation will be processing Westaff W-2s for both Regular employees and temporary Associates.

Just go on the Web and register to receive your W-2 online. It's that simple! The IRS has approved the delivery of your W-2 statement online with your consent. Please note: if you have provided consent for previous years, you do not need to consent again.

• Simply go to www.w2express.com
• Login to your account by clicking on Westaff under "choose your employer" and enter the following information:
  - Your Social Security Number
  - Your PIN: last 4 digits of your social security number
• Select "enroll for online delivery of your original W-2"
• Read the disclosures and click continue
• Complete the consent form and click continue
• Review the information and click on confirm to complete your enrollment

Your W-2 will be posted on a secure Web site in the third week of January, well before you would normally receive it in your mailbox at home. You will receive notification when your W-2 is available, along with instructions for retrieval. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail when you enroll for online delivery as well as confirmations of any changes you make to your contact information.

You can consent to receive your W-2 online at any time. However, any election made on or after January 13, 2008 will be regarded as consent for the following year. Withdrawal of your consent can be done at any time.
