Just go on the Web and register to receive your W-2 online. It's that simple! The IRS has approved the delivery of your W-2 statement online with your consent. Please note: if you have provided consent for previous years, you do not need to consent again.

• Create a new account
• Select YES where it asks, "Would you like to receive your original tax statement electronically?"
• Read the disclosures and click Submit

Your W-2 will be posted on a secure Web site in the third week of January, well before you would normally receive it in your mailbox at home. You will receive notification when your W-2 is available, along with instructions for retrieval. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail when you enroll for online delivery as well as confirmations of any changes you make to your contact information.

You can consent to receive your W-2 online at any time.

Note: With this option, you will not receive a copy of your W-2 in the mail.
