Total Cost Management Solutions

Helping Today's Leading Companies Reduce Costs and Improve Productivity

We've lived with the forecasts for a decade. Now, we live with the reality. Containing labor costs, reducing overhead, increasing output. Meeting these needs is more challenging than ever before. Pressure to lower the cost per unit places unprecedented demands on those who manage production facilities. It is a question of balance. Balance between headcount and output. The balance between in-house or outsource. Our unique expertise is in helping our client partners to achieve, sustain, and thrive, in balance.

Who We Are.

We're consultants. Consultants who deliver. We' re a team of functional specialists who are experts in productivity analysis, engineering methodology, workflow management, and one-of-a-kind productivity solutions, built one client at a time. Clients like you with your own set of individual needs and an ultimate goal of increasing productivity and reducing costs efficiently and reliably.

How We Deliver.

While every company talks about productivity and fixed labor costs, we' ve made it the cornerstone of our product and service delivery. We manage the delivery process through a logical three-phase approach we call the Westaff Engineered Solution. We design, blueprint, and then construct a solution around your unique needs. Each phase plays an equal and interdependent role.

Phase I: Engineering Design

Engineered workflow studies determine the most economic way to perform specific tasks within a client's facility for maximum output. It includes extensive fact-finding research that features historical labor models, comparative workflow studies, skills assessment, and delivery challenges, all which set the stage for detailed program development.

Phase II: Workflow Blueprint

With our clients, we then develop a model that includes all service components, their description, a workflow plan and performance benchmarks outlining all of the necessary resources, timelines, and labor needed to improve productivity for maximum output.

Phase III: Construction and Implementation

From orientation and training to benchmarking of our performance to complete production management â set-up, implementation, and operations are seamless and worry-free.

Incentive-Based Pay Results in Higher Productivity and Higher Retention Rates

A productivity, incentive-based pay structure gives associates an opportunity to earn significantly higher wages than under a fixed hourly wage model. Based on a thorough analysis, we're able to determine a base wage rate based on 100% productivity. Depending on productivity an associate can earn above the 100% productivity base wage rate as follows:

For example, a 100% productivity base wage rate of $9.00 would offer the following pay structure:
80% $7.20 per hour
90% $8.10 per hour
100% $9.00 per hour
110% $9.90 per hour
120% $10.80 per hour
150% $13.50 per hour
200% $18.00 per hour

Where do we go from here?

At this time we ask for your consideration and the opportunity to learn even more about your business so we may offer solutions that guarantee lower labor costs. We firmly believe we can make a measurable difference in the productivity of your organization.
