• Prepare Annual Re-certification (AR) Reminder Notices/forms for distribution to residents.

• Process and complete interim re-certifications (IRs) within 30 days of notice from the resident as required by HUD regulations.

• Assist with preparation for HUD Management and Occupancy Reviews (MORs).
