Schedule: Part time. 10am-2pm
Pay: $17-$20/hour DOE
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch customer service by responding promptly and professionally to phone inquiries.
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Engage with customers to better understand their financial needs, offering personalized solutions.
- Stay well-informed about the bank’s products and services to confidently provide customers with tailored recommendations.
- Become proficient in our banking software systems to assist with day-to-day operations.
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain operational standards.
- Perform additional duties as required by management to support the team and overall bank operations.
