Primary Responsibilities:

Working both independently and with guidance from the Engineering / Tool Shop staff, will perform a wide variety of tasks requiring a degree of skill. Those tasks will include but are not limited to assembly and fabrication of trim dies, repair/maintenance of existing tools, assist with equipment and tool fabrication/upgrades as needed. Will work from prints and verbal instructions to machine tight tolerance tooling.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Assemble new tooling and dies from machined subcomponents.
Sharpen and troubleshoot trim tools to make sure they meet print requirements and cut consistently.
Following safe work practices, perform tight tolerance machining of tools using typical toolroom equipment such as lathes, mills and surface grinders.

Must be able to read prints and sketches, understand tolerances and their effects on machining parts.
Should be familiar with secondary finishing operations such as heat treating and tempering and their effects on parts so as to take those operations into consideration when fabricating tooling.

Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program and 1 year experience in tool fabrication, or 2 year degree or certificate in tooling/machining from a recognized education organization and 1-3 years increasing experience or 4 – 6 years increasing experience in a tool room environment.

Job Summary/Basic Function:

• Project manage all marketing projects, and associated marketing campaign timelines.
• Work with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement outreach initiatives in support of program marketing plans and enrollment goals.
• Attend planning meetings; collaborate on ideation and brainstorming; gather data; and generate reports.
• Support the marketing team’s projects with the development and management of detailed project plans, the coordination of creative asset production (such as print collateral, video and digital assets) with vendors, and coordinate the tracking of marketing budgets with the finance team.
• Coordinate the collection of information and copywriting for email marketing campaigns, working with internal and external (vendor) partners.
• Plan and execute all email marketing in HubSpot.
• Develop and maintain all project-related documentation – project trackers, budget, dashboards, requirements, dependencies, timelines, and internal meetings.
• Create, maintain, and distribute report details of projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, project management or related field and 2-3 years related experience required.
• Experience using HubSpot and Smartsheet.
• Knowledge of project management and experience in project planning & implementation.
• Effective writing and editing skills, effective analytic, interpersonal, and communications skills; computer proficiency with email and office software, and ability to work within a team environment.

Location: Sterling, MA

Shift: 10-hour shifts Monday-Friday 6:00am – 4:30pm

Payrate: $22-$28/hour depending on experience

As an SMT Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating surface mount technology equipment to assemble electronic components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate SMT equipment, including pick-and-place machines, solder paste printers, and reflow ovens.

• Load and unload PCBs, components, and materials into the SMT equipment.

• Inspect and verify the placement of components to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions or production issues in a timely manner.

• Monitor and maintain proper levels of solder paste, flux, and other materials to ensure consistent production flow.

• Perform quality checks on finished assemblies to identify defects or discrepancies.

• Document and maintain production records, including machine settings, production output, and quality reports.

A press brake is a machine tool for bending sheet and plate material, most commonly sheet metal. It forms predetermined bends by clamping the workpiece between a matching punch and die. A press back uses automatic back gauge to help the operator bend material properly.
