Description
We are seeking an Customer Service Rep for one of our clients in the Miami area.
About the Company: International e-commerce and mail, delivering packages, parcels, and documents.
Shift: Monday – Friday: 7:30am-4:30pm (Flexible)
Pay: $15/hr.
Work Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identification of mail with customer verification form, sorting mail and packaging for distribution involving continually standing, reaching, bending and stooping
- Frequently bundling, measure and weigh packages bagging and boxing mail by country weighing a minimum of 50 pounds or more
- Examine packages to ensure packing specifications are constantly met
- Send packages or mail for scanning and sorting
- Scan the barcode of the package labels
- Reads instructions to determine type and size of publication scheduled for each job
- Stamping/permitting outgoing mail by hand or with postage meter
- Basic computer functions and data entry of worksheets and verification forms including but not limited to signing in and out jobs
- Cross training and assistance in other operational departments as needed Skills Required
- 1-2 years’ experience in a warehouse / fulfillment / eCommerce environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Detailed oriented
- Team player
