Line Operator Needed for a Fabric Engineering Manufacturer in West Haven, CT

Pay Rate: $16.00-$18.00/hr 

Hours: 3pm- 3am 

*Must to train on 1st shift, 3am to 3pm. Duration is dependent on candidate, most likely at least 6 months.

Line Operator Essential Functions Include:

• Machine Operation
• Manufacturing
• Produce various felt, carpet, geotextile, shoe lining, filtration material, substrate layer for synthetic leather, and hundreds of other nonwoven products.
• Assemble needle punch fabrics in a warehouse environment.
• Operate and maintain machinery, ensure production standards are met, and prepare needle punch products for shipping.

Production Associates Requirements:

• 1 year minimum prior warehouse or manufacturing experience
• 1 year minimum machine operating experience
• Forklift (preferred)
