Job Opening: Plastics Extrusion Operator

Westaff is looking for an Extrusion Production Operator in the Devens, MA area for Immediate Start!
Pay Rate: up to $21/hr DOE
Shift: 4 10 hours shifts M-T 5am-3pm
Location: Devens, MA
As an Extrusion Production Operator you will be responsible for product movement, monitoring and identifying quality issues to achieve required quality standards.
Job Duties:
Assisting with 5S and Safety tasks associated with good manufacturing practices
Manufacturing of Extruded tubing
Manufacture of Liquid Silicone Rubber Moulded (LSR) parts
Collecting and recording relevant process data
Qualifications:
Strong Mechanical Background
Understanding of Machinery and their functions
Be organised, methodical, resilient and approachable with strong communication skills.
Be delivery focused with strong attention to detail and an ability to work under pressure.
Experience in extrusion/Moulding techniques desired but not necessary.
Troubleshoots, repairs and conducts maintenance on equipment.
Awareness of cGMP requirements.
Experience of working in a cleanroom environment desired but not necessary.
