Production Operations Supervisor
Hours: 2nd shift 7pm – 7am
Pay: $65,000-75,000 yearly
Education and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in operations, or similar is preferred, however, 3 or more years of practical experience in a food manufacturing plant as a Production Manager leading a team will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
- 5+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory/management leadership position with oversight of a team of 20 or more hourly employees.
- Familiarity and knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)
Summary of Job duties for Operations Leader:
- Experience working in the Food &/or Beverage industry or other regulated industry with high-quality standards.
- Delegate work assignments to employees
- Prepare Production reports
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and seek solutions to meet production and quality goals
- Oversee inventory and maintenance department
- Ensure daily quality checks are performed
- Provide guidance and direction to staff
