On-Site Service Technician needed for a local warehouse in Alexandria, LA!
Pay: $18 hourly to start/ once training is complete can make up to 60k or more yearly
Hours: 10 days on and 4 days off schedule/ possibility of overtime
75% travel within the United States
This is a direct hire with the Company!
Customer/business relations experience needed.
Responsibilities:
- Recognize opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements around the usage and integration of systems
- Build positive relationships with customers by providing excellent services.
- Communicate effectively with customer’s staff to fully understand each pharmacy’s unique workflow and be able to recommend improvements and/or efficiencies when applicable.
- Complete on-site installations, maintenance, repairs, software upgrades and testing tasks timely and complete root causes analysis as needed.
- Provide training to new and existing customers on product usage, maintenance, and optimization.
- Document and submit work orders, case notes, expense reports and timesheets.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- High level of mechanical aptitude
