Assists the firm’s General Counsel and Managing Partner in selecting, preparing applications and supporting schedules, and managing the firm’s insurance programs for professional liability, business/property, crime, workers’ compensation, and management liability (including cyber, D&O and fiduciary. Responsible for the firm’s group health/dental, group life, disability, accidental death, and key-man insurance. 
15. Negotiates contractual agreements between the firm and other parties through the oversight of the Management Committee.
