Overview: Fulfill orders on Packaging/Processing equipment in a safe, quality, and productive manner. Must have Production Line and/ or Assembly Line experience. Must be available for day and night shift, 10-12 hour days.

Responsibilities:

? Responsible for identifying and eliminating quality issues

? Actively drives and improves production time 

? Always improving and applying new technical skills

? Complete working knowledge of operating equipment at a high level

Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

? High School education

? 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)

? Strong troubleshooting skills

? Strong multi-tasking and attention to detail

? Simple math skills. Able to pass aptitude test

? Able to effectively communicate with team and Supervisor
