Detailed work experience within accounts payable is required!.

Excel experience required.

Ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and employee expense reports .

Responsible for controlling all AP activities including matching documentation , obtaining approvals , account coding, entering into the AP module and processing payments in a quick high paced volume environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform three way match of packing slips, purchase orders and invoices.

Work with purchasing department and vendors to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner Route invoices for approvals as necessary.

Ensure proper account coding on invoices and perform daily entry of invoices in a batch environment.

Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and maintain a positive relationship with vendors.
