Job Details:
• Job Title: Welding Clerk

Responsibilities:
o Tracking welding consumables and supplies.
o Monitoring inventory levels and knowing when to reorder materials.
o Distributing proper welding supplies to the appropriate team members.
o Conducting regular inventory checks to ensure the availability and accuracy of materials.
Qualifications:
o Prior experience in a quality control or welding environment is helpful, with a strong understanding of welding consumables.
o Familiarity with the distribution and tracking of welding supplies.
o Experience in an ASME environment is a plus.
o Attention to detail is a MUST.

Westaff has an immediate opening for an Office Administrator for a small but very busy office. Must be able to multi-task and provide exceptional customer service.
This is a temp to hire position, Monday - Friday, 8-5pm, flexibility needed as may require to stay later on some evenings. Starting pay rate is $16-18.
Responsibilities
- Must have excellent customer service skills. Will be greeting and interacting with client daily.
- Ensures timely and accurate client scheduling & registration processes in an efficient, accurate and timely manner and according to the firm guidelines. Initiates appointment reminder phone calls for all client meetings.
- Answers phones (includes asking who is calling, what call is pertaining to, and checking to see if team member is available).
- Reviews documents, updating information in database, estimating financial responsibility and collecting payments according to the firm’s policies and procedures.
- Using excellent customer service, contacts clients by phone/email/text messaging to obtain client information to support timely and accurate services.
- Assists in client conflict resolution to ensure timely access to firm, as well as, to facilitate a positive client experience.
- Responsible for sorting and scanning clients’ documents and driver’s licenses/form of identification, and any paperwork/forms to support their engagement.
- Maintains the appearance of the waiting/lobby/kitchen area. Responsible for general housekeeping of the office weekly, including but not limited to checking the mail, taking out the garbage, sweeping, mopping, dusting, etc.
- Maintains par level of supplies and communicates to his/her supervisor when supplies need to be replenished; facilitates ordering when requested.
- Ensures front desk/copier equipment is functional and ready for service, including paper levels in copier/printer and reserve paper and toner supplies.
- Assists others and shows willingness to work as a team player. Provides back up to other team members when needed.
- Communicates with clients in waiting area and ensures that the clients are informed of appointment delays.
- Renews clients’ filings with Secretary of State monthly.
- Records new business setups and dissolutions with appropriate regulatory agencies.
- Generates workpapers for client workers compensation audits.
- Downloads monthly bank & credit card statements, & periodic month-to-date activity.
