in the Chapel Hill, NC area (Immediate Opening)

Pay: $19.00-up per hr./depending on experience

1st Shift Hours: 8am-5pm Monday -Friday Full Time 

Maintenance Tech Responsibilities and Duties:

• Knowledge with working with various heating and air condition equipment types.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance as defined by the manufacturer's specs. for HVAC, Plumbing equipment and general maintenance.
• Ability to repair HVAC equipment and mechanical system components, plumbing systems and/or other general maintenance as required.
• Ability to read and understand Architectural and Engineering drawings.
• Working in a school/college setting
• Preform and assist with repairs related to mechanical, electrical or plumbing systems, general maintenance
• Ensuring all rooms associated with the heating, air condition equipment is maintained in clean and orderly manner
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, and or stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift at times 50 lbs.

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Maintenance Tech duties.

(Sales Executive Essential Job Functions but not limited to):

• Key Initiator of new business development targeting medium to large sized accounts for strategic penetration.

Requirements:

• SALESFORCE
• This position requires a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales, preferably in a professional services environment selling to Fortune 5,000 companies.
• A stable work history and successful track record of personal sales performance in a large corporate environment is essential.  
• Requires a consultative sales background with demonstrated skills on the areas of lead generations, forecasting, prospecting, and driving opportunities to closure.
• Bilingual-English/Spanish-helpful but not required.
• A well-developed pattern of achievement, competitive skills, energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and integrity is critical to success in the role.
• Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential; must be able to create and deliver compelling, polished sales presentations to both line leadership and senior corporate executives within target companies.
