Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00/hr.

Description: This position is primarily responsible for troubleshooting and repairs on the Injection Blow Molding machineries

Job Duties:

• Conduct regular maintenance and inspection of injection blow molding machinery to ensure optimal performance and reduce downtime.

• Troubleshoot and repair issues with the machinery, including pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Follow safety protocol and maintain an clean and organized work environment

• Work closely with other team members, including machine operators, and engineers, to identify and resolve problems

• Communicate effectively with the production team and management

• High school completion or equivalent Skills Required:

•Able to bend, lift and stand up 10 hours.

•Lift up to 50 pounds.

• Use of hand and power tools for installation of parts and assembling

• Read and interpret English written specifications

• Strong mechanical and technical skills

• At least 3 years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting injection blow mold machinery

• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed

Job Description: Manufacturing Operations Manager

Position: Quality Control Manager

Salary: $20-30 per hour, Depending on Experience (DOE)

Type: Temp-to-Hire 

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System as well as the BA-9000 Body Armor requirements
• Prepare all necessary reports and metrics for monthly review Facilitate the Non-Conformance
• Reporting process and results Provide tools and specifications for production to maintain consistency while making custom products
• Ensure all in-house samples accurate to the BOM and specifications
• Ensure all received items are in compliance with ISO procedures, including sub-contractor production Print and maintain labels for production Provide “Back-up” support for the shipping label production Help and assist in any area that may need additional support
