We are seeking an Shipping Lead for one of our clients in the Miami Gardens Area.

Shift:  Monday – Friday: 1:00pm-10:00pm 

Pay: $17/hr. (Flexible schedule for OT)

Work Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead team of 6-8 workers
• Dispatch truck via various couriers 
• Communicate with different dispatchers for truck routes, to provide dock info, etc.
• Review invoices prior to processing

Requirements:

• Experience in managing personnel.
• Experienced in high-traffic environment, Shipping and Dispatching
• Forklift Certified
• Bilingual English-Spanish – read, write, and speak
• Proficient in Excel

Shift: 7AM-3:30PM

Monday-Friday Flex for Sat hours when client request

Pay Rate: $15 Bilingual(Eng-spa) Spanish only

Jeans, sneakers, t-shirt or long sleeve Refrigerator room temperature

GMP will be enforced * No makeup, jewelry, no acrylics, nail polish, please advise workers to tie there hair back

Job Description:

• Pick and pack olives, pickles, stuff olives with blue cheese, peppers.

• Package and label olive jars for shipment

• Working with foods – GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) must be followed

• Fast-Paced environment, associates are expected to rotate into different responsibilities and departments related to Production needs.

• Advise of use cleaning products such as bleach for disinfecting and sanitation of work area after shift ends.

•Able to stand all day, carry 15lbs
