We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping Office Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills and experience in a shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution environment.

Key Qualifications: • Minimum 2 years of office/administrative experience

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical support through phone assistance, remote diagnostics, and onsite service

• Walk customers through troubleshooting steps and resolve cases efficiently

• Record detailed notes for each service interaction and repair

• Travel occasionally to customer locations for maintenance, repairs, and refresher training

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow established standard procedures and contribute ideas for improvement

• Stay current on product features, updates, and support resources

• Assist and mentor teammates when needed
