Production Operations Supervisor

Hours: 2^nd shift 7pm - 7am

Pay: $65,000-75,000 yearly 

Education and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in operations, or similar is preferred, however, 3 or more years of practical experience in a food manufacturing plant as a Production Manager leading a team will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
• 5+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 3 years in a supervisory/management leadership position with oversight of a team of 20 or more hourly employees.
• Familiarity and knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite is a plus)

 Summary of Job duties for Operations Leader:

• Experience working in the Food &/or Beverage industry or other regulated industry with high-quality standards.

• Delegate work assignments to employees
• Prepare Production reports
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and seek solutions to meet production and quality goals
• Oversee inventory and maintenance department
• Ensure daily quality checks are performed
• Provide guidance and direction to staff
