Location: Fall River, MA

Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour DOE

Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm

REACH TRUCK EXPERIENCE IS A MUST!

Shipping Clerk Responsibilities: Provides light supervisory support as needed, the ideal candidate will have some level of leadership experience, even if gained outside of a formal work setting Execute all aspects of the order pick and ship process for freight and small parcel shipping as assigned. Efficiently pick customer orders per pick list. Efficiently inspect all products pulled by other order pickers. Wrap pallets for shipping and load trucks. Operate reach truck, forklift, and pallet jack. Utilize handheld scanners for all transactions. Utilize Teams and Outlook to communicated with other departments and external shipping companies. Utilize computer (J.D.Edwards) to administer orders as needed. Print orders. Fix carriers. Investigate stuck orders.

Essential Skills, Education & Experience: High School diploma (or equivalent) High level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail. 3-5 years shipping experience both domestic and international. 3-5 years experience operating reach truck. Ability to perform math functions associated with the job such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs.

Westaff is looking for 2nd Shift SMT Operators in the North Kingstown RI area for IMMEDIATE HIRE!

Pay:$21.00/hr
Hours: Monday-Thursday 1:30pm-12am OT available as needed on Fridays.

Job Description:

· Demonstrates knowledge, safety, and operation of SMT equipment by written work instruction, equipment manual and verbal instruction. Must be familiar with Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) electronic components and SMT assembly process
· Must learn the principles of ESD and use ESD & MSD precautions in material handling
· Must complete various Production and Quality control logs
· Must be able to read and comprehend a Bill of Material (BOM)
· Must be able to learn to operate automated SMT assembly equipment including, but not limited to, Stencil Printer, Pick and Place Machine, Reflow Oven.
· Must be able to properly pick components from stock to set-up and re-load feeders
· Must be able to perform visual inspections of SMT assemblies as indicated by BOM’s and visual aids

Qualifications: 

· Ability to read and write in English to work from BOM’s, Visual Aids, assembly drawings, work instructions and complete a wide variety of production and Quality Control logs.
· SMT soldering ability including minor touch up, repair/replacement of fine pitch parts
· Must be able to use a microscope to verify component placement, orientation, and fine pitch repairs
· Willingness to operate machines and learn processes out of the normal SMT scope.
· Must possess basic computer skills and be comfortable using Microsoft Windows, Microsoft office products such as Word and Excel and a variety of machine computer interfaces (GUI’s).

Pay:$19.00/hr
Hours: Monday-Thursday 5:30am-4:00pm OT available as needed on Fridays.   

Assembler Duties:

Make sub-assemblies of printed circuit boards with applicable components.

Assemblies printed circuit boards by insertion of applicable components in through hole fashion utilizing specific work instructions, procedures and various hand and air tools.

Minimum six months production work experience preferably from within a manufacturing industry.
