Pay: Starts at $20 DOE

Hours: 8am - 4:30pm (Mon-Friday)

Account Manager Job Description:

• Data entry utilizing internal systems
• Perform some customer service responsibilities, such as answering the phone, processing returns, etc.
• Assist office team in printing and running labels to the warehouse
• General office administrative duties
• Serve as Account Manager (main point of contact) across multiple client accounts 
• Assist with special projects as assigned 

Skills and Experience:

• Accurate and precise data entry skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, QA/QC
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks/deadlines at once
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently, must be self-motivated and able to prioritize 
tasks 
• Very good verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with EDI (an added bonus, not required) 
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel (required)

-Sets up the engraving plate per style and coordinates the computer with the script and font

Shipping AND Receiving Responsibilities

• Perform standard work in a safe manner by following all written and verbally communicated safety rules and procedures.
• Operate forklift and/or pallet jack to move raw materials and finished goods.
• Ensure items are properly packed, labeled, and staged for shipment.
• Document and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Safely and accurately load all outbound freight.
• Unload inbound trailer deliveries and read/complete supporting documents (i.e., bill of lading (BOL))
• Identify, record, and provide recommendations for any issues or non-conformities relating to the product, process, and quality system.
• Participate in inventory procedures and cycle counts.
• Cross-train on other production functions to aid as business need dictates.
• Clean and maintain assigned area.

• Conducts quality checks through the use of fixed or adjustable precision measuring devices. • Lubricates and cleans machines as necessary.
