What You’ll Do:

  • 5+ years of experience in aerospace/aircraft quality inspection

  • Familiarity with outside processing certifications and engineering drawings/models
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, CATIA/Enovia CAD

What You’ll Do:

  • Plan and oversee hiring, training, and mentoring of new Sales Representatives
  • Lead and direct all sales activities locally and regionally
  • Conduct meetings to review sales goals and strategies with the team
  • Develop sales budgets, projections, and approve expenditures
  • Track and analyze sales data to optimize performance
  • Handle and resolve customer concerns regarding products and services
  • Maintain effective communication with staff and customers
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and 5 years of field sales experience (or equivalent)
  • Technical knowledge of aerospace/aviation manufacturing practices
  • Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced training in sales strategies (preferred)

Requirements:

  • Supervisory experience managing sales teams and customer service representatives
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment using standard office equipment
  • Physical ability to lift up to 20 lbs. as needed for office tasks
  • Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays

Shipping Clerk Job Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for routing outbound freight to assure delivery as required; monitors carriers performance and tariff charges and determines best carriers for the most cost-effective and reliable delivery within established standards.
    • Maintains shipping and receiving logs and maintains files of shipping records. Processes loss freight or shipping damages claims. Verifies freight bills with accounting and resolves errors with carriers.
    • Takes finished orders after final quality control inspection and wraps and packs in containers as per required standards. Determines most cost efficient bundling of items (e.g., palletizing or individual packages).  Prepares packing lists, bills of lading, and other shipping documentation as necessary.
    • Supervises loading and unloading of all delivery trucks. Assures compliance with workplace safety procedures. Limits access to loading docks by unauthorized individuals.

Shipping Clerk Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
