The Coffee Processing Coordinator operates a forklift and other material moving equipment in accordance with safety requirements, attentive to daily scheduling required to meet customer demands, operate particle distribution analyzer.

The Production Technician is responsible for maintaining and monitoring production machinery to maximize production and maintain high standards in safety and quality. This role will also be responsible for demonstrating and applying knowledge of manufacturing processes to the improvement of safety, quality, delivery, cost and culture.

 

Shift & Schedule:

N1 – Monday-Wednesday and every other Thursday – 5:55pm – 6:10am

N1 Pay – $21.63

 

N2 - Friday-Sunday and every other Thursday - 5:55pm-6:10am 

N2 Pay - $24.00

 

D2 – Friday-Sunday and every other Thursday – 5:55am-6:10am

D2 Pay – $22.93

 

What you will do:

Deliver best-in-class performance across the balanced Scorecard

  • Safety – Deliver upon the site safety goal of zero injuries by doing the following:
    • Being a role model in communicating, demonstrating, and supporting safe behaviors
    • Regularly completing and/or participating in behavioral safety observations and training others on the process
    • Actively participate in safety meetings
    • Regularly conduct and/or participate in safety audits and risk reduction initiatives
    • Ensure 100% completion of all safety/regulatory training as it applies to you
  • Production – Help foster and support a Continuous Improvement environment by doing the following:
    • Identify and address equipment and material issues as they occur
    • Partner across Maintenance and Quality organizations as you leverage the Daily Management System to drive site performance.
    • Lead and/or support cross-functional focused improvement initiatives to streamline material flow and improve equipment efficiency to increase capacity and reduce operating expenses

 

  • Demonstrate ability to work effectively with others
  • Complete all tasks in work area and contribute fair share of team’s work
  • Communicate status of work during shift transitions
  • Demonstrate a willingness to help other team members, receive and provide constructive feedback, and display high level of cooperation across the site
  • Exhibits a positive demeanor and models engaging communication styles and behaviors

Requirements

  • Basic math & mechanical skills 
  • Ability to spend significant time standing on the manufacturing floor with some frequency of computer work
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 pounds frequently without assistance

Duration: Temporary 

Days off will rotate and you will be required to work weekends.

  • The Sanitation Worker (Cheese Processing) breaks down, prepares and sanitizes equipment related to cheese-making production in compliance with company policies, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety requirements

Essential Responsibilities:


Effectively utilizes sanitation equipment, e.g., hoses, chemical foaming systems and equipment wash systems which require computer entry.

Ensures sanitation quality standard activities are met to ensure all production systems are ready for startup.

 Ensures that accurate sanitation records are kept and maintained including but not limited to sanitation pre-op logs, titration logs and charts.

Maintains excellent communication with co-workers and supervision and informs appropriate parties on a timely basis when issues with Cleaning in Place (CIP) systems or other equipment occurs.

Responsible for performing all work-related tasks using Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) by following the Food Safety and Food Quality (SQF) requirements of the SQF Program. This includes the requirement to report any and all food safety issues and incidents to your Supervisor or Group Leader immediately.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and versatile Welder, Fabricator, Vehicle, and Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role combines expertise in welding and fabrication with mechanical proficiency in maintaining and repairing vehicles and equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level of technical skill, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Welding and Fabrication

  • Read and interpret schematics and technical drawings to design and build custom components or structures.
  • Perform various welding techniques, including MIG and stick. Tig preferred but not required.
  • Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using tools such as saws, grinders, and plasma cutters.
  • Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure safety and optimal performance.

Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

  • Perform routine maintenance on vehicles.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs performed.

Equipment Maintenance and Repair

  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections of machinery, tools, and equipment to ensure proper functionality.
  • Diagnose and repair malfunctions in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of equipment.
  • Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubrication, calibration, and part replacement.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and follow maintenance schedules for all equipment.
  • Ensure all equipment meets safety and performance standards through regular testing and adjustments.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical stamina to work in various environments and lift heavy equipment or components.
  • Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations.
